Overview
MyStreetHealth is an outpatient medical practice providing private, respectful treatment for opioid use disorder, kratom dependence, and 7-OH dependence.
Care is delivered primarily by telehealth, with in-person visits available in Maryland when needed.
Patients are treated directly by a board-certified addiction medicine physician who prescribes buprenorphine-based medications, including Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv, and generic equivalents, when clinically appropriate.
The practice also manages co-occurring and pre-existing conditions commonly seen alongside substance use, including ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
Care is nonjudgmental, respectful, and built around the patient’s life, goals, safety, and stability. Patients may be starting treatment for the first time, returning to care, restarting after time away from treatment, or looking for a more private and flexible option.
Same-day and next-day appointments are typically available. Adult patients are seen in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, the District of Columbia, Ohio, North Carolina, Texas, Georgia, and Florida.
The practice is primarily self-pay, with a very limited number of insurance plans accepted.

Our philosophy and approach:
MyStreetHealth treats addiction as a health condition, not a moral failing. Care is private, direct, and nonjudgmental. Patients are treated as people who deserve steady medical care, clear communication, and a plan that can work in real life.Patients are seen by the same physician at each visit, with treatment adjusted as their circumstances change. Visit frequency, medication choice, and dosing are decided by the physician and patient together, not by a fixed program template. The goal is to help each patient stabilize safely, reduce cravings and withdrawal, and stay connected to care over time.Patients may be starting treatment for the first time, returning to care, restarting after a while, still using, or looking for a more private and flexible option. They are welcome and will be treated with respect.Care is physician-led and adjusted based on symptoms, safety, medication response, patient goals, and co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, depression, and anxiety. The focus is practical, compassionate evidence-based outpatient care: the right medication, the right dose, and steady support without shame or unnecessary barriers.Facility Licenses, Certifications, & Accreditations
